Hereinafter referred to as: User, any internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site: SOLHELA.
The SOLHELA site groups together a set of services, in their current state, made available to users. It is specified that users must remain courteous and act in good faith towards other users and the webmaster of the SOLHELA site. The SOLHELA site is regularly updated by KAMINO.
SOLHELA. strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the SOLHELA site (subject to modifications made since their online publication), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information disseminated on its site, whether by its own doing or by third-party partners who provide this information. Consequently, the user acknowledges using this information (for informational purposes, non-exhaustive, and subject to change) under their sole responsibility.
3. Accessibility:
The SOLHELA site is in principle accessible to users 24/7, except for interruptions, scheduled or not, for maintenance needs or in cases of force majeure. In case of impossibility of access to the service, SOLHELA. undertakes to do its utmost to restore access to the service and will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention to users in advance. 4. Intellectual Property:
SOLHELA is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, both on the structure and on the texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software...
Any total or partial reproduction of the SOLHELA site, representation, modification, publication, total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, except with prior written authorization from KAMINO, owner of the site at the email: support@solhela.com, otherwise it will be considered as an infringement and liable to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
5. Hypertext links and cookies:
The SOLHELA site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information ...) set up with the authorization of KAMINO. However, KAMINO does not have the possibility of verifying the entire content of the sites thus visited and therefore declines all responsibility for any potential risks of illicit content.
